After two months in Canada my friend Jennifer and her small children recently returned to Utila. There was a slight problem during the landing. After they skidded to a stop on the side of the runway the pilot turned around and said, "Sorry about that, but we made it!" "What happened?" asked Jennifer. "A cow," replied the pilot.
